My Favourite websites

I would like to share few of my favourite websites with you all. In our daily life the following categories are really important like,News, Social,Maps,Kids,Movies,Video,Shopping,Local,Learning etc. I am trying to cover some of those.

My choices are :

1.www.cnn.com ,I love this because it gives me the latest information, also the videos.Today only it told me about the hottest website -

2.  www.pinterest.com
Which is an online pin board to organize and share things. Depending upon first few choices that you have entered at the time of creating the id, it will provide all the information of similar topics. It has so many more to do with.It is written on the Django python web framework.

3.  I also love www.google.com/earth it is a virtual globe, map and geographical information program, using the satellite images. I was amazed when I view this in the aircraft on my way to India.

4. www.youtube.com is my hot favourite, not only I can find anything here I wish for, also I can upload my own creation! Sharing with you a video ,(My daughter was 3 then)!

5. www.netflix.com is probably the best online movie site, sitting at home, browsing from a huge database, high definition and so on. It provides users to choose their download rates.

6. I am a music lover and so I love www.pandora.com and go to the online radio station or browse by my favourite singer. It is an internet radio.
 
7. My daughter loves www.starfall.com , it helps the children to learn how to read and write in English. And I found http://www.sillybooks.net/ is also  good, with animated children's books.

8. Another good shopping site is www.dealnews.com , really good for discount shopping.

9. www.wikipedea.org is the free encyclopedia which anyone can edit.
It uses Mediawiki software.

10. It is now almost impossible to survive without www.google.com. Thanks to google for helping me to complete my 1st MAT assignment.
